This page was last updated in July of 2011. The facts and statistics are a bit broad and not organized well but is a nice quick resource.
CDC.gov STD Data and Statistics
A leader in the control and prevention of STDs and HIV the CDC provides detailed information and many different formats to view STD data. They have Interactive STD Data 1996-2009 where you can drill down by age, gender and race. Even more data covers the reportable STDs in young adults age 15-24 organized by date.
